2018 has been quite the year! Here are some of may favorite shots!
The year started off with Holly and Brian’s big day at Boals Farm! I’ve known Holly since high school so being apart of their day was special! It was a beautiful day with a rockin’ celebration!
Next was Bailey and Chris’s beautiful wedding day at Pawleys Plantation! This wedding was so much fun and filled with joy!
Carolyn & Jim had a sweet and intimate wedding ceremony at the First United Methodist Church of Myrtle Beach. Their reception was held at the Peanut Warehouse in Conway, SC. It was so sweet to see how happy these two were to finally be married!
The Nigerian wedding ceremony of Praise and Samuel was one of my favorite weddings to shoot so far in my career as a photographer! I felt so honored to be a part of it all. And it was my first wedding featured on a blog other than mine! Check it out here!

Another favorite shoot from the year, my best friend’s engagement photos! We wandered around Beaufort for the day and even though it felt like the surface of the sun, it was a great day! I can’t wait to see her as a bride this coming March.
During the madness of Hurricane Florence, I had the amazing opportunity to head up to Washington, D.C. to second shoot a wedding with amazingly talented Valerie Demo! This day was beautiful in every way!
Two great friends of mine had a baby this year and I am grateful for the chance to do their maternity pictures! How sweet are they?! I can’t wait to meet their sweet little girl!
Brent and Briana tied the knot at Brookgreen Gardens; a dreamy location that has been a dream of mine to shoot at! There reception was located at SOCO at the Hammock Shops and the food, prepared by the talented Greg Metcalfe and his team, was delicious! This wedding was so much fun to be a part of. And all the little details of them that they included in were awesome!
Spent another year photographing some events for the Pawleys Island Festival of Music & Art! This year, Edwin McCain and The Spinners! And my mom and I got to meet Edwin McCain!
I got to photograph a birth announcement and newborn photos for these two friends! Its so cool to be photographing a family every step of the way!
I meet some new, sweet families this summer as well! Super grateful for the power of social media for connecting us!
I love taking pictures of my friends families! This sweet family has been with us every step of the way and they like to joke that we are their life documenters - we have been with them from their engagement until now! I can’t wait to see where life takes them.
Juliana’s senior portrait session was one for the books! We wondered around Market Common, one of her favorite places to take photos, danced in the streets and on rooftops just in time for the sunset!
I have some amazing lady bosses for friends! Katie is an awesome chiropractor (check her out at Coastline Chiropractic) , Lauren Riddei is a fun loving, artistic interior designer & dreamer (check her out at LouLou Interiors), and Rachael Harrell is a kick-ass designer, artist, and hand letterer (check out her on Instagram). I love that I can support their crafts with mine!
2018 ended with such a sweet wedding! Sydni & Phillip were married at the Catholic Church of St. James in Conway, SC with their reception at Wild Wings Golf Club! These two were so sweet and that showed throughout their whole day!
